Description
The fire burned Kathleen-- figuratively, emotionally, and physically. The scars that ran down her arm, ribs, and side have been smoothed through grafts, but sometimes what can't be seen can't be healed. The fire obliterated her talent, and seared the connection with the man Kat loved. To this day Carson still looks at Kat with fire in his eyes. The problem now is, she just may have waited too long to fight for him, for a future together.
